Bruschetta time!

The summer harvest is now landed in Casette!

After three months of waiting our fifty tomato plants are thriving with delicious tomato’s. So what else to do except make some fresh tasting bruschetta!

Not only are we making bruschetta but we will use the remaining tomato’s at the end of the month to make Sugo for the winter season. Who doesn’t like tomato pasta?
