At first Shoulder Stand was a pose I struggled with. The perfect balance between finding the right place for your hands to rest on your lower back and to also support your lower back was always frustrating.
Hear are some tips I learnt on the way.
Tuck your chin into your chest!
Get good at plow pose!
Build up your abdomen muscles!
And…..If it feels uncomfortable don’t do it!
I hope these tips help anyone who is struggling with shoulder stand as much as I once was!
