Stability in Tree

When I first learnt to do Tree (Vrksasana) I was buzzing! Even though I could only hold it for a few seconds I was happy to be able to progress within my Yoga life.


Now I can hold Tree for a while and One of the things I thought helped with this was my daily stretching. For ages I struggled to get my foot above my knee, but with continuous thigh stretching my stability came stronger and my thighs became more flexible.


For anyone struggling with Tree just remember, 3 minute stretching a day makes a huge difference!
